Niche 1: $8,900 Per Month - Health and Wellness

CPM: $4 Per Thousand Views

Social Blade states that they are making $8.9k per month on the high end...

This is pretty accurate as socialblade is basing the earnings off a $4 CPM (how much they earn per thousand views). This is a low cpm niche of around $4 but makes up for the lack of revenue per 1000 views with virality.

Niche 2: $4k Per Month - Travel

CPM: $4 per thousand views

Niche 3: $24,000 Per Month - Artificial Intelligence

CPM: $30 per thousand views

The estimation on this channel is WAY OFF as artificial intelligence channels make $30 per thousand views because of the flood of new companies advertising on Youtube in front of these videos.

Definitely a hot niche that is starting to get saturated. So if you were going to start, I would start now!
